I need your help! I’m looking to assist with making sure that all of our District 4 groups are properly registered with our Registrar and ultimately with the General Service Office (GSO), so we need updated GSR and/or mailing contact information from everyone. I’m attaching the list of District 4 meetings I’m aware of which are currently meeting. Can you please get back to me with your own info (if it’s not already listed). We also need to make sure that updated contact forms are completed and submitted, so if you weren’t at the General Service Assembly (GSA) in January, that probably wasn’t done yet unless you are carrying over your service from the last panel.
Also, if know home group members for any of the meetings marked “unknown” can you please share at least a name and/or phone number with me so we can work on reaching out to them to get complete information? I’ll be able to hit some evening and weekend meetings within the near future but it may not be possible for me to get out to daytime meetings for a while.) Finally, if you see any errors (such as extra or missing meetings, or incorrect GSR listed) can you please let me know ASAP so I can fix it?
